Vehicles
Less than 68 horse power for a Dogon Challenge car is a challenge in it’s self and that is the reason why we have the rule 68 hp. (50 kW). Of course with a Land Cruiser it would be much easier to reach the goal, but it certainly would not be as much fun or adventurous! The Dogon Challenge's aim is to involve real travelers, people who don’t see the trip as a guided tour.
If your car exceeds the number of horse power shown, you will be asked to pay € 20 each extra hp. This amount will go directly to Abareka Nandrèe.

Example; Auto Enrollment  78 hp. €. € 499 + .20 x10).

Motorcycles
650 cc. and 10 years for Motorcycles If you are a real biker mount your mototcycle a maximum of 650 cc. and at least 10 years old and prepare yourself to head towards the Great South experiencing the same emotions of the legendary 80's Dakar.

Special vehicles

Will be accepted in the Dogon Challenge. Vehicles in which may not have all of the characteristics listed above but will be able to carry out the adventure, adding an insane spirit already common to all the participants.A significant amount of irony and fun for both those who participate and the onlookers on the side of the road. Obviously the selection of these comical exceptions and the award for the most original and entertaining will be judged by the organizers, after long meetings hidden in a mountain hut.

Preparing your vehicle

Regarding the preparation of your vehicle there are no limits, except those imposed by the rules of the road of the countries that you pass through, common sense and experience. In the briefing that will be held in Milan before the departure we'll bring to your attention certain issues that must be carried out .
However, do not forget that this is not a rally where whoever comes first wins a prize. Nor do we reward the fastest car, but the most fun and most original, the participant that produces the coolest gadgets, those who have managed to collect the most money for charity.
